1) First Defragment your computer. 2) Enable write caching on the devices
PROCEDURE.....

--> Open device manager

--> Then double click on disk drivers

--> then double click on WDC WD2500AAJS-00YZCA0 ATA device --> Then open policies

--> In write caching policy Enable Write caching on the devices

3)Scan computer with the good antivirus.....

# How to defragment?

Open control panel search for defragment in the search box then click on defragment your hard drive
click on analyse disk and finally click on defragment disk....
