Project Report On Online Tuition Class

ABSTRACT

Online Tution is project has some objectives to proficient suitable for most of the high school managing the tution classes as well as solving any previous problem has been occurred with preventing any possible problem has been occurred with preventing any possible problem that could occurred in the future,such has save in time,finding tutors at any time is needed a reduceing  the cost of private class. Since there is no real system of tution class in high school,so  this projects has come to create a real one the making life easier for the main user which they have being difficults in managing classes of tution to be taught, whether tutors or the students mselves and for the other benefiters as additional which could be main factors later on.it provides real system,work inmatically  style and devloped as well. It has main function while necessary  the main purepose of this system manage the schedules the times of student and tution to have scheduled classes,manage time and to be able to get all of who ever is looking for a private class which is previously very hard and almost immposible for the most.now after being identifying the problem and once the system is implemented bring about the substantian benefits for all of the main user and additional too.

Problem Definition:

As was mentioned before that there is not really a real system is exiting for the tution class .which is happening nawdays in might be colled as a semi system some students individually go at some particular toturs to take the class whether tutiors home students home,or in schools classes after the working hours where there is very big for chance for both tutiors and studens to not attend the class because of being after on a long timing need to go back home having there rest time problems where found in the current system need to be solved meet the requirements after developing the management system as follows:

Non Computerized system:

There is no applying for IT is into the system for redusing the workload only used papers and manually filling for notation and reporting. For time consumption there is a spent long time teaching for the tutors by moving from house to another giving lecture to the students with in one day possible as a costing buying stationary such as papers,pens  etc.

Scheduling Timetables:

Manually scheduling where always not suitable match for every  both students and tutors in term of that each one requires a time to match his convenient time. It also possible for students to not get the latest timetable due to timetable duplication since onetutor is being teaching more than one student the same subject which inconsistent withother students.

  Solution:

This project is going to be found in terms of managing the schedules, the times of student s and tutors to have scheduled classes manage time and to be table to get of all of who ever is looking for this private class . This system going to be help hand for the parents , keeping them on for every new updates  about there children because the second mainly purpose of creating this system is to  late the parents allow there children to follow the the tuition class when they need it ,get in help redy to perform the final exam very well.
